Job Description

The RoleWe are looking for a high-energy, charismatic personality to become the literal Face of Nextcode LLC on camera. You will anchor, script, and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) targeted at an international business audience. This is not a behind-the-scenes role.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHost and present talk-to-camera videos, skits, and industry trends.
  • Write casual scripts and adapt global viral trends.
  • Shoot and edit content quickly using mobile tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro.
  • Requirements100% Camera Confident: Zero camera shyness with engaging expressions and body language.
  • Fluent English: Exceptional spoken English and clear diction to connect with Western audiences.
  • Basic Editing: Ability to add fast-paced cuts, captions, hooks, and trending audio.
  • Night Shift Ready: Genuinely comfortable working permanent night hours.
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with a strong video portfolio or social media presence are welcome).
