Sales & Marketing Manager

We are urgently looking for a Business development Executive for our company to serve all over jharkhand. 

• The main role will be generating business from the wholesale market all around Jharkhand.
• Secondly you need to develop healthy relationships with clients and develop dealer distributor networks.

You should have to be good in communication and presentation for sales growth.

We J K Polyplast, are leading water container manufacturer in Jharkhand.Our products will be Plastic water Tank, Septic Tanks, PVC pipes and HDPE / MDPE pipes. The marketing person need to develop healthy communication between clients and company and maintains the reputation of company.

We are preferring honest and sincere candidate for the job who could work responsibly in the long term and develop good relations and network the market. To develop business, company will provide full support for healthy work.

Apart from salary package an annual gratuity of Rs 2000 per month at the completion of a year and local TA of Rs 2000 per month. Above that there will be incentive of 0.20% on monthly payment above thirty lakh. Transportation allowance and out station visit cost will be borne by us. For the above payment we will expect a minimum turnover of 35lakhs per month. First two month be will be your probation period. For termination there will be a notice period of at least one month from both sides and you will have to settle the market credits before switching.
