Job description

Please note that this is a class-based role. The successful candidate will teach 25% of the teaching load of a full-time teacher. The Vice Principal oversees and coordinates various academic activities and programs within an educational institution.

Required Candidate profile

B.Ed. M.Ed.

Knowledge and experience in using ICT effectively in promoting student learning. Previous experience and knowledge of working with students for whom English is not their first language.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum

Manage classroom activities and create a positive learning environment

Utilise innovative teaching methods such as Flipped Classroom, Experiential Learning, Active Learning, and Student-Centred Learning

Assess student progress and provide feedback to help students improve skills

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience for students

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of the English language

Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development

Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in the learning process

Familiarity with innovative teaching methods such as Flipped Classroom, Experiential Learning, Active Learning, and Student-Centred Learning

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
