Job Title: Field Technician – Wi-Fi Installation & Support
Location: Belgaum, Karnataka

Job Summary:
Ethernet Xpress is looking for a Field Technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot broadband/Wi-Fi connections at customer locations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality installation, prompt issue resolution, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install new broadband and Wi-Fi connections at customer premises.
- Configure routers, ONTs, and networking devices.
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity and Wi-Fi-related issues.
- Attend service requests and resolve customer complaints within the assigned timeline.
- Perform cable laying, routing, and basic network maintenance.
- Coordinate with the technical team for fault resolution.
- Maintain service records and installation reports.
Requirements:
- ITI, Diploma, PUC, or any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of networking, routers, and internet connectivity.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Belgaum and nearby areas.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
