Lead store operations to achieve sales, customer experience and operational excellence while developing a high-performing team.

Team Management

• Recruit and train staff.
• Conduct daily briefings.
• Coach underperformers.
• Prepare duty rosters.
• Monitor attendance.
• Build a positive team culture.

Customer Experience

• Ensure premium customer service.
• Resolve escalations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management

• Maintain stock accuracy.
• Reduce shrinkage.
• Monitor replenishment.
• Coordinate stock transfers.

Visual Merchandising

• Maintain displays.
• Execute promotions.
• Ensure planograms are followed.

Administration

• Cash management
• Store reports
• Audit compliance
• SOP implementation

Experience
