Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising

• Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). 

• Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max). 

• Run YouTube Ads. 

• Execute LinkedIn Ads targeting HNIs, CXOs, founders and corporate professionals. 

Lead Generation

• Generate high-quality leads. 

• Optimize campaigns for better CPL and ROAS. 

• Build retargeting audiences and lookalike campaigns. 

Website & Tracking

• Manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, GTM and Conversion API. 

• Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels. 

Reporting

• Weekly and monthly performance reports. 

• A/B testing of creatives, audiences and landing pages. 

• Recommend campaign improvements based on data. 

Growth

• Suggest innovative digital marketing strategies. 

• Explore AI tools and automation to improve campaign performance.
