Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer and client communications, administrative support, coordination of trucking activities, and assisting management with operational and office-related tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced logistics environment.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to customer and client emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, drivers, and business partners.
  • Assist with scheduling, tracking, and coordinating trucks and deliveries.
  • Monitor transportation activities and communicate updates to customers and management.
  • Support the Operations Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company records, documents, and reports.
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate office activities and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with invoicing, data entry, and other administrative functions as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and customer communications.
  • Liaise with drivers and dispatch personnel to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Qualifications & SkillsPrevious experience in an administrative, office support, or logistics-related role preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and client relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
