Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Brand Identity: Company ke Gold aur Silver theme ke hisab se 100+ SKU (products) ke liye premium labels aur packaging design karna.
  • Mystery Marketing: Social media (Instagram/FB) ke liye "Coming Soon" aur "Surprise" wale teasers/posts banana.
  • Content Creation: Field force se aane wali photos aur videos ko edit karke professional stories aur reels banana.
  • XYZ Framework: Har product ke liye universal size aur measurement templates design karna.

Requirements:


  • Graphic Designing tools (Canva, Photoshop, ya Illustrator) ka achha gyan.
  • Social media trends ki samajh.
  • Creativity aur aesthetic sense (Premium look develop karne ki kshamta).

Office Operations & WhatsApp Community Manager (2 Positions)Role: Backend operations, data management aur service partners ko connect karna.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Field force dwara laye gaye 200+ societies ke data (Chairperson name/mobile) ko system mein organize karna.
  • WhatsApp Operations: Category-wise (Plumber, Electrician, Real Estate) WhatsApp groups ko manage karna aur unme leads circulate karna.
  • Liaison: G-Forms se aane wali customer requirements ko sahi service partner ke saath manual connect karwana.
  • Inventory Tracking: 100+ SKU ke samples aur packaging material ka hisab rakhna.
  • Requirements:

  • MS Excel aur Google Forms chalane mein expert.
  • Communication skills achhi honi chahiye (Partners aur residents se baat karne ke liye).
  • Multitasking ability (Ek saath kai WhatsApp groups aur calls handle karna).
