We are a growing software firm working on business web applications, billing software, website development, automation tools, and digital solutions for small and medium businesses. We are looking for a motivated intern who can support software testing, customer onboarding, implementation, and basic frontend-related tasks.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Software Testing & Implementation Intern to assist with testing our web applications, identifying issues, reporting bugs, supporting customer implementation, and helping with basic website template development.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of Node.js, Express, MongoDB, or backend concepts will be an added advantage. This role is suitable for candidates who want practical experience in real software projects, customer handling, software testing, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Software Testing

Test web applications developed by the company.

Check frontend pages, forms, buttons, tables, reports, invoices, PDFs, login flows, dashboards, and user workflows.

Identify bugs, UI issues, validation errors, missing features, and user experience problems.

Prepare clear bug reports with screenshots, steps to reproduce, and expected results.

Retest fixed issues after updates.

Check software from a customer/user point of view.

2. Customer Implementation Support

Contact customers or leads when required.

Understand the customer’s basic requirements.

Check whether the customer’s requirement matches our software features.

Create or assist with trial/demo accounts for interested customers.

Guide customers during the trial period.

Collect feedback from customers and report it to the development team.

Support customers in moving from trial version to paid version.

3. Lead Follow-up & Requirement Collection

Call or message customers who send inquiries.

Collect details about their business, current process, and software needs.

Share basic product details and arrange demos if required.

Maintain follow-up notes and customer status.

Coordinate with the team for closing and implementation.

4. Website Template Support

Assist in creating basic website templates using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frontend tools.

Customize website templates based on customer requirements.

Test website pages for mobile responsiveness, layout issues, and browser compatibility.

Support website projects when customers choose ready-made or custom templates.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily work reports.

Document tested modules, bugs found, customer feedback, and implementation status.

Prepare simple checklists for software testing and customer onboarding.

Update progress regularly to the reporting person.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Understanding of frontend design and responsive layouts.

Ability to test web applications carefully.

Basic computer and internet knowledge.

Good communication skills.

Willingness to call customers and collect requirements.

Ability to learn new software tools quickly.

Basic understanding of business software will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, or backend workflow.

Knowledge of GitHub will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of website hosting, domains, and web templates.

Experience with Canva, Figma, or design tools is a plus.

Interest in software sales, customer support, and implementation.
