Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and bring new business opportunities to the company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, and the ability to build relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through various online and offline channels.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and client acquisition targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in lead generation, business development, or sales.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
