Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Schedule field support work by speaking to clients
2. Following up with clients and Field Team to coordinate the jobs
3. Dynamically coordinating with clients and Field Team under changing scenarios
4. Matching Field Force availability, location of Field Team, location of jobs and timings to execute field jobs with maximum efficiency
5. Managing Field Team roaster of leaves to maintain service availability 24X365
Skills
1. Must have smooth, confident and persuasive communication skills
2. Good Hindi, and basic English and Marathi
4. Pleasant personality, dynamic and quick thinking in nature
5. Graduate (any discipline)
6. Proficient in computer and smartphone usage
7. Ability to understand and generate excel based data reports and job trackers
8. Female candidates will be given preference
Qualifications
Graduate -Any Discipline
20,000 per month + other benefits.
