Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Front Office Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in front office operations within the hotel or hospitality industry and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front office operations and ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out processes.
- Lead and support front office associates to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, grooming, and service quality.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist in preparing reports, managing reservations, and maintaining operational records.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in hotels or hospitality.
- Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in basic hotel operations and reservation systems.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
