Job Description
- MIS & Reporting:Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of management reports.
- Analyze large datasets and generate meaningful business insights.
- Automate reporting processes wherever possible.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
- Data Management:Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Create and manage databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and analytical requirements.
- Required Skills:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros preferred).
- Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet reporting deadlines
