Job Description
Job Title: Knowledge Process Associate (KPA)
Female candidates with science background
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Knowledge Process Associate (KPA) to handle customer interactions through inbound calls and emails. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role may expand to include Chat and WhatsApp support in the future.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and emails.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/system.
Escalate issues when required.
Meet quality and productivity targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support/KPO/BPO.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and customer-centric approach.
Prior experience in customer support is preferred.
Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM IST
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
