Job Description
1. Customer Service: Greet every customer with a smile. Understand their craft project and suggest right products
2. Sales & Billing: Achieve daily/monthly sales targets. Cross-sell and upsell. Handle billing on POS accurately
3. Product Knowledge: Learn 1000+ art & craft SKUs. Attend training on new launches. Demo products to customers
4. Visual Merchandising: Maintain store display as per VM guidelines. Ensure shelves are full, clean, and well-stocked
5. Stock Management: Assist in stock receiving, barcoding, and cycle counts. Inform Store Manager of fast-moving OOS items
6. Workshop Support: Help conduct in-store workshops and demos. Engage kids and parents during events
7. Store Hygiene: Maintain store cleanliness. Ensure all products have price tags and are arranged properly
8. Cash Handling: Manage cash/upi/card payments. Tally cash at day-end with Store Manager
