Job Description Sales Coordinator � � Location: Mumbai About Venzowood Venzowood is a premium wood veneer brand specializing in curated, high-quality veneers for architects, designers, and homeowners. The company focuses on craftsmanship, innovation, and delivering aesthetically refined wood solutions sourced globally. Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, manage client coordination, and ensure smooth execution of sales processes. The role involves handling inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Sales Support ● Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities ● Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation ● Follow up on leads and inquiries Client Coordination ● Act as a point of contact for customer queries ● Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and updates ● Maintain strong customer relationships Order Processing ● Manage order entries and track order status ● Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for dispatch ● Ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment Data Management & MIS ● Maintain sales records, reports, and databases ● Prepare daily/weekly sales MIS reports ● Update CRM/ERP systems Internal Coordination ● Work closely with accounts, operations, and design teams ● Ensure smooth communication between departments Requirements � � Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate) � � Experience: 1–4 years in sales coordination / back-office sales support Skills ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills ● Good organizational and multitasking abilities ● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ● Basic understanding of sales processes Preferred Skills ● Experience in interior/design/building material industry ● Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems ● Customer handling experience Key Competencies ● Attention to Detail ● Coordination Skills ● Time Management ● Customer Focus ● Problem-Solving Career Growth Opportunity to grow into Sales Executive / Key Account Manager roles within the organization.
