Job Description

  1. Job ResponsibilitiesMinimum office attendance should be 95%.
  2. Candidate is responsible for achieving the NPS score target as per RIPL.
  3. Check vehicle history at the time of calling the customer.
  4. Reschedule appointments for customers who have not confirmed.
  5. Call customers as per the N-7 day calling script.
  6. Register all incoming calls as customer appointments.
  7. Ensure communication with non-contactable customers.
  8. Provide service estimate cost information to the customer.
  9. Inform customers about service facilities such as Pit Stop and Pick & Drop.
  10. Make appointment confirmation calls on N-1 day.
  11. Manage Service Advisor allocations.
  12. Prepare the daily appointment list on N-1 day and share it with SM / CRM / Parts / Security.
  13. Follow up and reschedule No-Show Customers.
  14. Maintain all required reports as per Care 2.0 SOP process, such as:
  • Calling & Appointment Register
  • Daily SDR Monitoring
  • SA Allocations
  • Pick & Drop Register
  1. Coordinate with Pick & Drop drivers.
  2. Maintain all details and records of the Pick & Drop process.
  3. Maintain the KPIs as per the Care 2.0 targets for SDR and Pick & Drop.
  4. Report daily to the CRM and share the calling report in the official WhatsApp group.
