Key Responsibilities:
GeM Portal पर Tender Search, Bid Preparation एवं Bid Submission.
GeM Portal पर Company Profile एवं Catalog Management.
Government e-Tender Portals पर Registration एवं Tender Participation.
Tender Documents की तैयारी, Uploading एवं Submission.
Tender Process की शुरुआत से Finalization तक Follow-up.
BOQ, Technical & Financial Documents तैयार करना.
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint एवं PDF पर कार्य करना.
Email Drafting, Official Correspondence एवं Document Management.
Client Coordination एवं Tender Related Communication.
Daily Office Computer Operations एवं Record Maintenance.
Eligibility:
Graduate.
Computer Applications में अच्छी जानकारी.
MS Office, Excel एवं Internet का अच्छा ज्ञान.
GeM Portal एवं e-Tendering का अनुभव वरीयता.
अच्छी Communication एवं Documentation Skills.
Salary: ₹12000 – ₹18,000 (Experience के अनुसार) + Performance Incentive.
