Job Title: AccountantJob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• 2–5 years of accounting experience (or as required).
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Preferred QualificationsCA Inter, CMA, or other relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• Experience working in a similar industry is preferred.
