Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Manage reception desk activities and maintain visitor records.
- Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, parcels, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure proper arrangements for meetings.
- Maintain office records, files, and administrative documents.
- Assist in travel bookings, vendor coordination, and office procurement activities.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and raise requisitions when required.
- Support HR and Administration teams with routine operational tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception and waiting area.
- Handle general inquiries from employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
