Job Description
1.Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails regarding appointments and treatment inquiries.
2.Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
3.Explain treatments, consultation procedures, and hospital services to patients.
4.Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the hospital management system.
5.Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient flow.
6.Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans, appointments, and feedback.
7.Resolve patient complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
8.Assist in billing-related queries and payment follow-ups.
9.Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through quality customer service.
