Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, promoting products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound sales inquiries.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
• Resolve customer queries and objections professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
