• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
• Explain company products clearly and professionally
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain follow-ups and update customer records
💊 *Product Category:*
• Herbal healthcare products for both male & female wellness
• Products related to general health concerns such as ear issues, speech difficulties, neurological support (e.g., epilepsy care), and overall wellness solutions
• Guide customers with proper product information in a professional manner
