What You’ll Do (Your Mission!)

Financial Operations

*Oversee daily financial transactions with accuracy

*Ensure timely and correct entry posting across systems

Sales Order & Billing

*Generate and submit tax invoices on time

Accounts Payable & Receivable

*Manage AP & AR end-to-end

*Ensure timely vendor payments & vendor reconciliation with GST portal

*Track and follow up on outstanding receivables

*Process vendor invoices with complete documentation

*Must have knowledge of 26AS reconciliation

Taxation & Compliance

*Handle GST, TDS & statutory compliance

*Assist in tax filings and stay updated on regulatory changes

*Coordination with CA for quarterly & monthly closing

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support budget preparation and forecasting

• Monitor budgets and highlight variances

Banking & Reconciliation

• Perform regular bank reconciliations

• Identify and resolve discrepancies

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports

• Share insights and recommendations with management

Monthly Closing

• Lead and complete monthly financial closing

Audit Support

• Assist internal and external audits with required documentation

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with operations, HR, sales, etc. for accurate financial data

Team Leadership

• Guide junior team members (team-handling preferred)

Preferred Exposure

• Must have the experience of service industry

What We’re Looking For

• B.com  / M.com (Finance) preferred
• MBA Finance/ CA Inter
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts/Finance roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards & regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software & ERP
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
