Job Title: Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)

Location: Molukulam, Puducherry

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Experience: 4–5 Years

Qualification: Qualified CMA (ICMAI)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) to oversee the complete accounting and finance operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounts, statutory compliances, financial reporting, and ensuring accuracy in accounting records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the complete accounting function including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handling GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and ensuring timely filings.
• Preparation of MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and financial analysis for management.
• Monitoring inventory records and implementing cost control measures.
• Coordinating with internal and statutory auditors and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Managing payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
• Ensuring accuracy and timely maintenance of books of accounts.
• Establishing and improving financial controls and accounting processes.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently handle complete accounts and finance functions.

Candidates with 4–5 years of relevant experience and the capability to manage end-to-end accounting operations independently will be preferred.
