Telecaller Outbound

The Telecaller Counsellor is responsible for handling patient enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. The role involves providing information about hospital services, counselling patients regarding treatment options, scheduling appointments, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring a positive patient experience while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Skills & QualificationQualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably Healthcare Management, Psychology, Social Work, or Marketing).
• Diploma/Certification in Counselling or Customer Service will be an added advantage.

Skills:

1.Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of local language preferred).

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend all incoming patient calls promptly and professionally. Make outbound calls for appointment confirmation, follow-ups, and promotional health programs. Counsel patients regarding hospital services, doctors' availability, treatment procedures, and packages. Convert patient enquiries into OPD appointments and admissions. Coordinate with consultants, nursing units, diagnostics, and billing departments for smooth patient care.
