Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Chef / Lead Cook to manage our salad and juice station. The role involves preparing fresh, nutritious food and beverages while maintaining a fast, hygienic, and well-organized assembly line. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling fresh produce, managing perishable inventory, and ensuring consistent product quality during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, chop, and portion fresh fruits and vegetables in large quantities on a daily basis.
• Operate and maintain commercial juicers, blenders, food processors, and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Prepare and assemble salads, bowls, smoothies, juices, and other fresh menu items quickly and consistently.
• Ensure smooth operations during peak rush hours while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Manage inventory of fruits, vegetables, dairy, dry ingredients, and other station supplies.
• Track shelf life of highly perishable produce and take steps to minimize wastage.
• Follow strict hygiene, food safety, and raw food handling standards as per HACCP guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, storage areas, and preparation surfaces.
• Support daily production planning based on sales trends, stock availability, and menu requirements.
• Coordinate with the store/café team to ensure timely preparation and service.
