Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Sector 63, Noida. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in field sales, business development, or direct sales and be capable of generating new business while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit prospective and existing customers to promote the company's products or services.
• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and payments.
• Maintain daily reports of customer visits and sales activities.
• Collect market feedback and provide competitor insights to the management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in field sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
• Valid driving license and own two-wheeler will be an added advantage.
