Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to promote our travel and tourism services, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive online bookings. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and online advertising, with a passion for the travel industry. 

Key Responsibilities

 Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

 Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.

 Manage social media accounts and engage with customers to build brand loyalty.

 Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and traffic.

 Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

 Analyze website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and prepare regular reports.

 Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

 Promote travel packages, holiday offers, tour programs, and destination experiences through digital channels.

 Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

 Manage online reputation and respond to customer reviews and feedback. 

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Tourism, or a related field.

 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.

 Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

 Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Creative thinking and strong analytical abilities.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 

Preferred Skills

 Experience with travel booking platforms and tourism marketing.

 Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

 Knowledge of video editing and short-form content creation.

 Familiarity with CRM and lead-generation strategies.

 Understanding of influencer marketing and partnership campaigns.
