Project Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and project timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Review and verify work completed by contractors before billing and handover.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Monitor material requirements, inventory, and site resource utilization.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, and QA/QC teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, drawings, and project records.
• QualificationsBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, RCC works, finishing works, and project execution.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Good understanding of quality control and safety standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
