Job Description
About the Role:
The Partner Product Support Executive will provide end-to-end support to Independent Financial Advisors
(IFAs) and Authorized Partners across Insurance, Mutual Funds, Broking products and other products - and
resolve general queries including payouts for Partners. The role involves assisting partners across all teams
with product queries, operational support, and platform-related issues to ensure smooth business
operations. PPS should have a strong connect with all products stake holders.
Job Responsibility:
- Provide Insurance product support, including quotations, renewals, and query resolution and payout queries.
- Assist partners with Mutual Fund transactions, platform usage, and operational support and payout queries.
- Provide Trading App and Demat account support, including account opening, login issues, and transaction-related assistance and payout queries.
- Support IFAs and Authorized Partners with product-related queries and business processes.
- Coordinate with internal operaPons and product teams and other stake holders for issue resolution.
- Conduct product, dashboard, and platform training sessions for partners.
- Track and resolve partner service requests within defined timelines.
- Maintain good PR with partners and stake holders to ensure a seamless support experience.
- Making outgoing and attending incoming calls to partners and resolving their queries.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Sound knowledge of financial products including Broking, Mutual Funds (MF), Bonds, Loan Against Securities (LAS), Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Unlisted Shares, Corporate Fixed Deposits (Corporate FD), and other banking products.
- Ability to understand partner’s financial requirements and recommend suitable investment and banking solutions.
- Strong sales, relationship management, and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to cross-sell multiple financial products while ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory guidelines will be an added advantage.
