About Our Client: A fast-growing AI LegalTech company in India is expanding at an exponential pace and is seeking a hard-core Sales Professional to join its high-impact Sales War Room on Sarjapur Road. This is a high-velocity hunter role for someone who thrives on closing enterprise deals and is driven by strong incentives and accelerated career growth as the company scales toward a ₹100 Cr milestone. The role offers in-house generated qualified leads, a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH), and access to cutting-edge Agentic AI sales tools such as Clay, Apollo, and Runo—allowing you to focus entirely on closing, not prospecting.

About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Database & Email Outreach Executive who will play a key role in email-based lead generation and outreach operations. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, email campaigns, and structured processes, and want hands-on exposure to CRM tools, outreach strategy, and growth operations in a fast-growing legal-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and maintain lead databases for email outreach campaigns, ensuring data accuracy and hygiene
- Execute email outreach campaigns for lead generation, follow-ups, and engagement tracking
- Extract, clean, compile, and segment data from internal tools and external sources for targeted outreach
- Monitor email outreach metrics such as open rates, responses, and bounce rates, and maintain performance trackers
- Prepare daily and weekly outreach reports for internal review
- Work extensively on MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, basic formulas) to manage and analyze data
- Coordinate with sales, growth, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of outreach tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance while handling prospect and business data
Skills & Requirements
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in email outreach / lead generation
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Clear and professional written communication skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and meet timelines
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good to Have (Not Mandatory)Exposure to CRM tools or email automation platforms
- Prior experience in B2B outreach, inside sales support, or growth operations
- Understanding of basic lead funnel or outreach metrics
