Insurance Verification Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The role involves contacting hospitals and patients to verify the details of insured patients and accurately documenting the information.

Responsibilities:

• Call hospitals, clinics, and insured patients to verify treatment and insurance-related information.
• Collect and confirm patient details accurately.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication during calls.
• Prepare and complete verification reports in Microsoft Word.
• Ensure all information is recorded accurately and submitted on time.
• Follow up when additional information is required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and insurance information.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle calls professionally.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on performance and experience)

Location: Radha Garden, Ganga Nagar, Meerut

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00PM
