Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Primary Platform (Shopify): Take full ownership of day-to-day operations on the Shopify backend, ensuring smooth order flow, catalog updates, and overall store management.
- Multi-Channel Fulfillment (Unicommerce): Utilize Unicommerce to process daily orders across our primary Shopify store, as well as secondary channels including Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. Generate accurate packing slips and shipping labels.
- Customer Experience: Provide prompt, helpful support and resolve queries across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and marketplace portals.
- Operational Finance: Track inventory accurately, reconcile marketplace returns, and ensure accounting accuracy for all processed orders.
- D2C Operations: Ensure the smooth, daily execution of the entire eCommerce workflow from the Narolgam office.
