• Job Summary and ensure timely collections while adhering to company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their residence or workplace to collect overdue payments.
• Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Negotiate repayment plans with customers based on company guidelines.
• Educate customers about outstanding dues and payment options.
• Update collection status and customer interactions in the company application/system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical collection practices.
• Coordinate with the Collection Manager regarding difficult or escalated cases.
• Verify customer addresses and contact details during field visits.
• Submit daily activity reports and collection updates.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in field collections, recovery, sales, or customer service.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and own bike preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and MS Office.
