Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated Rooftop Solar Installer to install, test, and maintain rooftop solar PV systems. The candidate should ensure safe, high-quality installations while following company standards and safety guidelines.
- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall rooftop solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, ACDB/DCDB, and electrical wiring.
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Read installation layouts and electrical diagrams.
- Ensure proper earthing, cable management, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with the project team for timely installation.
- Maintain installation tools and submit daily work reports.
- Travel to customer sites as per project requirements.
- RequirementsITI/Diploma in Electrical or relevant technical qualification (preferred).
- Experience in rooftop solar installation is preferred.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical wiring.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
