Job Title: Field Sales ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for local market expansion, identifying potential business opportunities, meeting clients directly, and driving revenue growth. If you love traveling, interacting with new people daily, and closing deals, this role is for you.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Field Lead Generation: Travel within assigned territories to identify, pitch, and onboard new clients/customers.
- Sales & Closures: Conduct direct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and effectively close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants, dealers, or individual clients.
- Market Intelligence: Gather local market feedback, track competitor activities, and report insights to the management team.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads generated, and sales closed in the company CRM or reporting sheets.
