Job details :
- To build the team of advisors/agents through their own references, their own connections & make them work for driving sales.
- To drive sales from their advisors/agents to sell Life Insurance Products.
- to continuously train & motivate the team for maximizing the sales.
- Depending on performance, there will be Fast-track promotion + National & International trips.
- For this, company will provide training also in which candidate will be taught about life insurance, recruitment of agents, client handling & relationship management, etc.
- On the on-roll job & the advisor/agents will be on the commission bases.
- On fixed pay + Lucrative Incentives
In the Short, leads are self-sourced—no leads are provided by the company. Therefore, you need to have a strong local network or a solid family background to generate leads. Apply only if you are comfortable with this requirement.
Criteria:
Graduation Mandatory (req. all Marksheets and Certificate)
Exp - 1+ Year in Any / BFSI / Insurance Sales
Age - 24 to 40
