Job Title: Dispatcher – US Trucking Operations

Shift: Rotational (24×7 Operations, including Night Shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with U.S.-based truck drivers, carriers, and brokers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
• Book, negotiate, and manage freight loads using U.S. load boards and broker networks.
• Monitor driver schedules, routes, and Hours of Service (HOS) while ensuring compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Track shipments in real time and provide proactive updates to customers and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of loads, mileage, payments, and dispatch activities using dispatch software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day transportation operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and prompt issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Undergraduate candidates may also apply if they possess excellent English communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
• Prior experience in BPO, customer support, logistics, transportation, or dispatch operations is preferred.
• Previous experience in U.S. trucking dispatch will be given strong preference.
• Basic knowledge of U.S. geography, trucking operations, and load boards is an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and make quick, informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
