Job Description
Devender Kumar & Sons is seeking a dedicated and professional HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding processes, and employee relations. The role requires an individual who can effectively coordinate between management and employees, maintain accurate HR records, and ensure smooth workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete hiring process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Draft and publish job postings on relevant hiring platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate final interview rounds.
Maintain a candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
Ensure timely closure of hiring requirements across departments.
Employee Documentation & HR Administration
Prepare, issue, and maintain:
Offer Letters
Appointment Letters
Joining Documents
Service Slips
Confirmation Letters
Experience Letters
Relieving Letters
Warning & Disciplinary Letters
Maintain employee files and HR records with complete accuracy.
Ensure proper documentation for new hires, existing employees, and exits.
Employee Relations
Serve as a communication bridge between employees and management.
Address employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
Promote a positive, productive, and respectful workplace environment.
Assist management in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Support conflict resolution and workplace discipline when required.
HR Operations
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee information records.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Monitor employee probation periods and performance review schedules.
Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, employee records, and workforce status.
Compliance & Record Management
Ensure employee records are updated and securely maintained.
Support compliance-related documentation and internal HR processes.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Preferred Qualification
Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or administration.
Experience in manufacturing, trading, or industrial organizations will be preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely hiring and onboarding of candidates.
Accuracy and completeness of employee documentation.
Employee satisfaction and workplace coordination.
Maintenance of HR records without errors.
Effective communication between management and employees.
Compliance with internal HR processes and documentation standards.
