Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure execution of all site activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and work procedures.
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety requirements at site, including work permits, Toolbox Talks (TBT), PPE usage, and other safety procedures.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and workers to maintain safe and efficient site operations.
- Implement and maintain the QA/QC system at site, including checklists, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and quality records.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality meets project standards and client requirements.
- Report site progress, quality issues, and safety observations to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment at site.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Maintain site documentation, records, and reports as required by the project.
