Job Description
Telugu Customer Support Executive – Billing Software
Company: Zambient Info Systems Pvt Ltd
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time, Office Job
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
We are hiring Telugu-speaking Customer Support Executives for our billing software used by liquor stores and bars.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer support calls in Telugu
- Help customers with billing, stock, reports, and software usage
- Provide remote support using AnyDesk
- Follow up and close customer issues
- Coordinate with internal team when required
Requirements
- Good Telugu communication is mandatory
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
- Patience to handle customer calls
- 12th / Intermediate / Degree candidates can apply
- Graduation preferred but not mandatory
- Tally / retail billing / Microsoft Excel experience is preferred
- Customer support / voice process experience is an advantage
Location Preference
Candidates from Gachibowli, Kondapur, Madhapur, Miyapur, Lingampally, Manikonda and nearby areas are preferred.
Other Details
- Probation: 3 months
- Immediate joiners preferred
