Job Description
Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Prior experience in a News Channel / Digital News Platform is a big plus)

We are looking for a highly creative and quick-witted Video Editor to join our team at Report Bharat. If you understand how news works and have a solid editing sense, this role is for you. You will be responsible for editing high-energy news packages, special stories, field reporting, reels, and shorts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Story Compilation & Sense (The Most Important Point): You must have a strong news sense. You should know how to structure a script visually, how to compile a story seamlessly, and which visuals/footages to use to make the video engaging.
- Editing: Edit high-quality, fast-paced videos with smooth cuts, transitions, sound effects, and color grading.
- Creativity: Bring fresh and trendy ideas to the editing table—using text, and creative graphics to kill the "boring news channel" vibe.
Requirements & Technical Skills:
- Software: Exceptional command over Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory.
- Bonus Skill: Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (for special stories) will be a massive plus.
- Speed: Ability to deliver under tight deadlines (especially when a major news breaks).
