Job Description

Job Description:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain employee attendance records, leave registers, and staff movement records.
  • Monitor office discipline, punctuality, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with management and staff regarding daily administrative requirements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and visitor coordination.
  • Maintain office files, records, contracts, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance personnel.
  • Monitor office supplies and procurement requirements.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for management when required.
  • Support HR-related administrative functions including onboarding documentation and employee record maintenance.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information and management communications.

 

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Preferably female candidates
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration, office coordination, executive assistance, or similar roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and basic office software.
  • Ability to independently manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
