Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Call potential customers and generate leads
  • Follow up with existing customers
  • Explain our products and offers
  • Maintain call records in CRM/Excel
  • Coordinate with the sales team

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, and/or English
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Positive attitude and convincing skills
  • Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred (Freshers with good communication can also apply)
