Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

The Telecalling Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, generating sales leads, scheduling showroom visits and test rides, following up with prospective customers, and ensuring excellent customer service to support vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding Yamaha two-wheelers, offers, finance, insurance, and services.
• Generate leads and schedule showroom visits or test rides.
• Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/DMS systems.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and vehicle delivery.
• Inform customers about promotional offers, exchange programs, and new product launches.
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Required Skills:
