Job Description
Compliance Manager (Male Candidate Only)Experience: 8–12 Years
Location: Jaipur
Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Compliance Manager with expertise in SEDEX, FSC, ISO, Social Compliance, Labour Laws, and Factory Audits. Candidates with experience in the Paper Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SEDEX, FSC, ISO, and customer compliance audits.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage audit documentation, CAPA, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, certification bodies, and customers.
- Conduct internal audits and compliance training programs.
- Monitor and improve compliance systems across the organization.
Requirements:
- Male candidate.
- 8–12 years of relevant compliance experience.
- Strong knowledge of SEDEX, FSC, ISO, labour laws, and factory compliance.
- Excellent documentation, audit handling, and communication skills.
Preferred Industry: Paper Manufacturing Industry.
