Job Description
Sales Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, provide product details, and follow up on potential leads via email and phone.
Back Office & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer accounts, and marketing campaigns using spreadsheets and office software.
Invoicing & Documentation: Prepare sales quotations, process orders, and manage routine documentation required by the marketing team.
Reporting: Compile weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, market feedback, and inventory requirements for management review.
Team Assistance: Coordinate internal staff activities and assist the field sales team with backend administrative support.
