🧑‍💼 POSITION 1: FLOOR MANAGER

Department: Operations & Retail Management

Job Summary

The Floor Manager will oversee the daily operations of the bakery outlet, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, maintain stock and hygiene standards, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bakery and outlet operations.
• Manage Salesmen, Helpers, Delivery Staff, and Counter Executives.
• Ensure proper product display and stock availability.
• Handle customer queries and complaints.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Monitor daily sales and operational reports.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.

Requirements

✔ Graduate (Hotel Management/Retail Management preferred)

✔ 2-5 years of experience in retail, bakery, or food service industry.

✔ Strong leadership and communication skills.

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.

🛍️ POSITION 2: SALESMAN / COUNTER EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Attend and assist customers.
• Handle billing and cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and product display.
• Promote bakery products and offers.

Requirements

✔ Minimum 12th Pass.

✔ Good communication and customer handling skills.

✔ Freshers can also apply.

📊 POSITION 3: ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts in Tally and Excel.
• Handle GST, invoicing, and stock accounting.
• Bank reconciliation and cash management.
• Prepare financial reports and MIS.

Requirements

✔ B.Com/M.Com preferred.

✔ Knowledge of Tally, GST, and MS Excel.

✔ Minimum 1-3 years of experience.

🚚 POSITION 4: DELIVERY / SUPPLY STAFF

Responsibilities

• Deliver bakery products safely and on time.
• Maintain delivery records.
• Coordinate with stores and production teams.

Requirements

✔ Valid Driving License.

✔ Knowledge of local routes in Lucknow.

✔ Honest and punctual.

👨‍🍳 POSITION 5: HELPER / PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

• Assist in bakery production and packing.
• Support loading and dispatch activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements

✔ Hardworking and disciplined.
