Job Description

Job Title: Telecalling Sales Staff for CCTV Cameras


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from customers interested in CCTV camera systems
  • - Understand customer requirements and provide technical information
  • - Prepare quotations for CCTV camera products and solutions
  • - Follow up with customers to close deals
  • - Maintain professional communication and excellent customer service
  • - Meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Sales orientation and ability to close deals
  • - Customer service experience preferred
  • - Problem-solving skills

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Location: Kammanahalli, Bengaluru


Candidate Profile:

  • Female candidates preferred
  • - 3-5 years of experience in telecalling or sales
  • - Minimum 12th Pass education
  • - Basic English proficiency required
  • - Based within 10 km radius of Kammanahalli or nearby areas
